How to use this tool
Social Sentiment scores crypto mood from headlines and social-style posts. It blends NewsAPI, Google News RSS, major crypto RSS feeds and the PEPS news pipeline.
How it works
- The hero score (0–100) is a weighted average of post-level sentiment in the selected window.
- Switch 24h vs 7d to change the lookback; Trump watch filters only Trump-related crypto mentions.
- Filter by bullish / bearish / neutral or by coin tags detected in titles.
- Each card links to the original source — news article or post URL.
- Coin tags (BTC, ETH, WLFI, etc.) are keyword-detected, not exchange-verified.
What to consider
- Sentiment is lexicon-based — sarcasm and nuance are not captured.
- Trump watch shows news and RSS mentions — not a live social feed.
- High Trump mention volume does not imply market direction.
- Duplicate headlines across sources are deduplicated by hash.
- Data refreshes every ~20 minutes via the sos-social-sentiment timer.
