How to use this tool
ASIC Comparison ranks dedicated mining machines by algorithm, hashrate, power consumption and live profitability at $0.10/kWh.
How it works
- Each row is one ASIC model locked to a specific algorithm (SHA-256, Scrypt, kHeavyHash, etc.).
- Use algorithm chips to compare miners on the same PoW scheme — cross-algorithm $/W comparisons are not meaningful.
- Sort by profit for gross earnings, by $/W·day for energy efficiency, or by hashrate/power for hardware specs.
- The Best coin column shows the most profitable coin for that ASIC at current network conditions.
- Click a row to open full specs and the ranked list of mineable coins for that machine.
What to consider
- ASIC profit drops quickly when network difficulty rises — recheck rankings after major hashrate influx.
- Power figures are nameplate estimates; measure at the wall and include PSU losses for accurate ROI.
- A profitable SHA-256 miner says nothing about Scrypt profitability — filter by your target algorithm first.
- Firmware, pool fees and downtime are not modeled — treat outputs as directional, not guaranteed income.
- Pair with What to Mine or Profitability Ranking to validate the best coin after picking your ASIC.
