How to use this tool

Trend Strength scores how clean and directional a trend is — not whether to enter a trade. It blends ADX, directional movement, EMA separation and slope into a 0–100 score per timeframe.

How it works

  • Switch 1H / 4H / 1D to see strength on different horizons. Higher TFs usually carry more weight in the composite score.
  • Strength 60+ = strong trend structure; 35–59 = moderate; below 35 = weak or choppy (often low ADX).
  • Composite averages 1H (25%), 4H (35%) and 1D (40%) strength scores for a single headline number.
  • Alignment shows whether all three timeframes agree on bullish, bearish or mixed bias.
  • Sparklines show how strength evolved across recent PEPS collection runs.

What to consider

  • High strength does not mean low risk — extended trends can reverse sharply.
  • Conflict alignment (e.g. 1H long vs 1D short) often marks transition zones.
  • ADX below ~15 caps strength — the market may be ranging regardless of EMA position.
  • Use alongside Trend Following or Breakout Scanner for actionable entry levels.
  • Covers 25 liquid USDT pairs — same universe as the core PEPS trading engines.
